• Upon credit approval, each order paid in full will be prepared to be shipped on the following business day.  No deposits are required.  

• We accept cheques and money orders. Orders are shipped immediately after these payments have been received and cleared.  No exceptions.  Clearing a US cheque can take 20 business days.  

• Delivery times vary according to shipping origin, destination and the availability of the products. In general please allow 1 - 4 weeks delivery on all in stock items excluding weekends and holidays within Canada and the US.

• We also ship WORLDWIDE.  Simply contact us via e-mail or telephone with your product interest, payment details and shipping information.  

• The majority of our products ship via Canada Post - Expedited and have included insurance coverage.  Most deliveries are received within 5 business days in Canada and by 11 business days in the US.  

• Blankets ship via UPS ground in the United States and via Canada Post within Canada and can be received in as soon as 5 business days!   When ordering our blankets, because they are a textile, USA Customs requires a Federal Tax Number (if shipping to a business) or a Social Security Number from the individual receiving a blanket order.  This is highly confidential and will only show up on the USA Customs documentation.  Shipments entering into the USA that fall under the food or textiles category must have this information.  This rule was implemented shortly after September 11th 2000 for Homeland Security.

• If delivery of a handcrafted wood sculpture would be delayed because of an out-of-stock situation, which doesn't occur often, we will contact you via e-mail stating an approximate time of availability and delivery. 

• HomeDecorCountry.com will not be held responsible for any damage which you could have undergone because of an out-of-stock situation.
